Type (thearkansastrader.com) in your search bar and open the site. Click on the 3 dots in your upper right top of your phone screen. Go down and find, Open in Chrome, click on that. Once you have done that, go back and click on the 3 dots again. Go down and find, Add to Home Screen and click on that. When the pop up opens with The Arkansas Trader in it, You can keep it like that or erase the name and enter TAT for your App name. After you have done that, then click on Add, then click on Add again to place it on your home screen or you might have to find it among your other apps. Just drag it to your front screen if you choose to do so. You should have a picture like the one below for your App.
